My Background

STORYTELLER | VISIONARY PRODUCER | FOUNDER OF MONAD | CERTIFIED HYPNOTHERAPIST & RTT PRACTITIONER

I am a multidisciplinary creator working at the intersection of storytelling, transformation, and leadership. My work moves fluidly between screen, strategy, and the subconscious, shaping narratives that challenge norms, shift perspective, and invite meaningful change. I hold a degree in Business Marketing from LAU Beirut (Class of 2002) and spent nearly fifteen years working across the Middle East, the Gulf, North Africa, and the Democratic Republic of Congo as a consultant and business trainer, leading leadership development, communication, team-building, and customer experience programs across telecommunications, banking, and emerging industries. My corporate journey also included serving as Communications Director for RAK and co-founding Septotox, a company that continues to operate successfully in the DRC.

In 2020, I transitioned fully into media production, answering a long-standing calling where strategy met soul. As a producer and storyteller, I have developed commercials, documentaries, and mini-series, with a reality show slated for release in the coming year. My most defining creative work to date is ALMASTOUR (NASS w NASS), a 20-episode dramedy series co-written with Shady Hanna and sold to Metaphora, which established me as a bold and thoughtful voice in contemporary storytelling.

Parallel to my creative career, I founded MONAD, a transformative platform rooted in one core belief: awareness precedes change. As a certified Hypnotherapist and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) Practitioner, I work with individuals to shift subconscious patterns, reclaim agency, and move forward with clarity. For me, therapy and storytelling are the same language spoken in different settings. Whether guiding a team, shaping a narrative, or facilitating a therapeutic breakthrough, I work from one principle: transformation begins within. Today, I continue to build MONAD while developing media projects aimed at lasting cultural impact, asking one enduring question — what happens when we choose awareness over autopilot?

The Story Behind MONAD*

THE CORE WHERE EVERYTHING BEGINS, AND WHERE EVERYTHING CAN CHANGE

*MONAD is defined as a single, indivisible unit — a fundamental building block of a system.

In philosophy, it was developed by Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz to describe units that are whole, self-contained, and complete

MONAD was never meant to be a brand. It was a necessity.

I didn’t create it from a place of comfort or certainty. I created it after life interrupted the script I thought I was living.

Loss, reinvention, and the uncomfortable silence that follows when the old identity no longer fits. What I learned early, and sometimes the hard way, is this: most people are not stuck because they are incapable. They are stuck because they are running on autopilot, repeating patterns they never consciously chose.

MONAD exists to interrupt that loop. At its core, MONAD is about awareness. Not the performative kind. The honest kind. The moment you realize that your thoughts are not facts, your past is not a life sentence, and your nervous system has been doing its best with outdated instructions. I have worked in boardrooms, writers’ rooms, and therapy rooms. I have watched the same truth play out everywhere: when awareness shifts, behavior follows. When the inner narrative changes, outcomes reorganize themselves.

This is why MONAD doesn’t promise quick fixes or motivational noise. It offers something quieter and far more powerful: the space to see clearly. Through subconscious work, storytelling, and deep inner inquiry, MONAD helps you reconnect with the part of you that already knows the way forward, before fear learned how to speak louder.

If you’re here, you’re probably not broken.

You’re just ready. Ready to stop living on default settings.

Ready to question old stories.

Ready to choose presence over autopilot.

MONAD is not here to tell you who to become. It’s here to help you remember who you were before the noise. And from that place, everything changes.
